Spoke to the eyewitness and she had a very recent encounter in Northern California. The eyewitness and her husband were hiking about a mile from their home. “There was a strange sound we heard from an animal.” As they rounded the bend the witness said “I saw what I thought was a bear drinking water with its tongue. It didn’t look like a bear and it didn’t have ears like a bear. The creature and I eye made eye contact.
This creature looked scared, its eyes got really big. It reminded me of a scared kid. It took off running up this hill, it was steep and making this noise almost like a scared child calling for its parent. I heard something on the hill and it sounded large. I did not follow it. Since then we have had some strange things happen around the home. I can tell you what I saw that day looked very human like.”
