A listener writes “Hi Wes, I finally located an 18 minute video that I took (September 27,2016) from a work phone while I was employed as the Evening Lead Supervisor for valet parking on the OHSU campus.

At the beginning of the video clip, a series of three lights in the form of a large triangle (it looks smaller on the phone screen than to the naked eye), can be seen in the night sky of the south waterfront (near the Willamette River) I believe above Mt. Tabor and the Ross Island Bridge (in my excitement, I incorrectly kept referring to it as the St. John’s Bridge, but it was the Ross Island Bridge).
In the first part of the video you can see three lights (two which are brighter) so it looks like a hovering triangle, then it starts to lay “flat” and the three lights begin to move in sync (like they are rotating).
Eventually, one light moves off and disappears over the hill (I believe heading towards Mt. Adams and possibly the ECETI ranch where UFO activity is supposedly seen at night if you have night vision goggles).
At around the 10 minute to 10 minute 30 second mark a new “third” light appears from nowhere to complete the triangle formation, but it eventually flies off too, later to be replaced by another “third” light (around the 15 minute and 30 second mark).
I’d really like to share the video with you and Tony Merkel (as he is also into UFOs big time too)… Is there any way you can meet me somewhere long enough for me to start my laptop and have you plug your own flash drive into the USB port so you can have a copy to watch and/or share on your website if you’d like.
By the way, the next month, in October of 2016, I saw (and started to record) another UFO over the south waterfront during broad daylight when the skies were sunny and blue that started out looking like a transparent helium filled gift balloon (I thought someone had bought a get well balloon for one of the kid’s in the children’s hospital and it got away from them), and it had a single bright light, then the “craft” wobbled and lengthened into what looked like a cheap swimming pool air mattress with the pillow at the end, but it had a pillow at each end, which suddenly became two bright lights (it looks like a maple bar with a bright round light at each end.
At the end, it started to revolve, as if it was flat, and a third bright light came into view at the craft righted itself and a complete triangular shaped craft could be “seen” with a bright light in each of 3 corners, “visible” steel girders, and a fourth circle in the dead center of the craft (a propulsion unit maybe?).
Odd thing was… the damned thing was also transparent and you could see the blue sky behind the craft through the craft itself! It was like seeing Wonder Woman’s invisible jet airplane in the sky, but you could sort of see it, like it was only semi-invisible… sort of cloaked.
I had another witness beside me at the time, but he had lost one eye to an accident and had a glass eye, so he did not have binocular vision like I did.
At the very end, a patient needing their car keys and car asked, “What are you guys looking at?” I looked away from the craft to look at him and say, “UFO!” and when I turned back to look up to point at it, it completely vanished! I was so upset that I lost it, but had put down the cellphone to watch it with my naked eye while it was changing shapes… and somehow, I lost the video to that UFO sighting.
But… I do have the 18-minute video that you can download to your own flash drive if we can meet somewhere (library or something).
I really want you to see it… if you watch the entire thing, you will see the lights form a 3-light triangle 3 different times (at the beginning, between the 10 minute and 10 minute 30 second mark, and around the 15 minute 30 second mark).
At one point, the employee I am talking to says,”Okay… now, I just got goosebumps…” I believe the third time that a 3rd light came on out of nowhere.
The most interesting thing is… that the one (brightest) light or sphere, hung in the same exact spot for 18 minutes (or longer… I had to get back to work)… and landing airliners do not hover like that… neither do helicopters… not for 18 minutes).
