A listener writes “I’m writing on behalf of a friend who is a member of your podcast. I was visiting him last week and we spoke for hours about his bigfoot experiences. I was riveted. He has had two experiences that sound eerie. Both incidents occurred when he went fishing.
In the first, all sound stopped as he was walking to the river and he felt a heaviness fall upon him. He saw a very tall figure about a hundred yards away. There were no other fishermen around which was odd because it was early morning and prime fishing season. There is obviously more to the story.
In the second incident he believes he was being escorted away from the fishing area. He heard leaves crunching with every step he took, but then realized the leaves on the path were damp and trampled down so they shouldn’t be crunching. He stopped and continued to hear two more footsteps crunching leaves. He waited…nothing. He continued walking and the exact thing happened again. Again he stopped and two more crunches occurred behind some brush.”
