Bradshaw Ranch is a secluded property in the red-rock region outside Sedona, an area already famous for UFO lore, spiritual “vortex” beliefs, and paranormal tourism. The ranch became one of Arizona’s best-known paranormal legends largely because of stories attached to its owner, Bob Bradshaw.
In the 1960s, photographer and filmmaker Bob Bradshaw purchased the property. He reportedly developed part of the land into a western-style movie set called “Bitter Creek,” which was used for photography and small film productions. The ranch itself sat in a remote canyon area surrounded by dramatic desert terrain, which helped build its mysterious reputation.

Over time, Bradshaw and people associated with the ranch began describing unusual events:
strange lights in the sky,
glowing orbs,
unexplained sounds,
odd electromagnetic effects,
and sightings of unusual creatures.
