Strange Green Fog

A listener writes “My fiance and I went to Point Pleasant, West Virginia to see the Mothman museum and saw where the silver bridge collapsed.

We decided to go through Virginia on our way back to Tennessee where we live and took Hwy 33. When we entered the Monongahela National Forest a deer jumped into the road it seemed normal to me, but usually when there is one deer there are more. I think it could have been a not a deer because it just spilled onto the road and acted different.

We drove through fog and smelled the scent of gunpowder in the air and it continued until we got close to Harrisonburg, VA. The weirdest thing is that we didn’t have any phone service until we drove through green fog and it came back and the gunpowder smell was the strongest and it went away.

We did some research and that highway seems fairly haunted and people have reported seeing either a male hitchhiker that disappears in people’s cars or a little girl that does the same thing. Also growing up I’ve had a few paranormal things happen at my grandparents farm too.”
