A listener writes “Listened to your infrasound show, the boy scout with the abused cooler and the gal in the thumb area of Macomb county. Anyhow. Do you have contact info on the guy talking about infrasound? I wanted to ask him for some of his references. He came up with some facts about it that I know of personally.
I was in Vietnam 69-70 worked north of highway 9 in leather neck square. Also under DongHa Mt. a stones through from the Rock Pile. I was an FO forward observer. FOs are trained observers. They are hunters with the biggest guns and they protect the infantry.
Heard talk about rock apes first few months in country but nothing new much after that, just that they were there.
Months later I was able to confirm them myself one bright cloudless morning, there were three moving with shiny reddish brown hair on a ridge above the Cam Lo River that ran at the base of the Mt. Early in the morning. The sun does not rise there it just pops up. The sun was still low enough to cast shadows from the east. They were very fluid in their motion on rocky ground, which I found surprising, the sun light reflected off of their backs as they moved.This area was open between trees. It was a brief observation as they moved into the tree line quickly.
A few weeks later I was looking for NVA anti aircraft gunners set up in the trees at the base of the Mt. They knocked down some choppers onto the side of the mountain. The NVA turned up almost in the same area as these apes.
Had a chance to see the NVA (they more often hidden by the trees) in the open and this forced a comparison to the apes seen weeks before and it was memorably different. These apes were easily taller and broader than these soldiers and moved much much faster on the same terrain. These guys were getting pounded by airstrikes so they were moving as fast as they could out of the line of fire.
I am in MI. Did make the connection on the Rock Apes being anything unusual until a few summers ago when Linda M Howe’s story came out on YouTube. Wrote and told her about my sighting and suggested if she wanted to find more info on it to contact ex-FOs for their accounts. Many of the hill tops outside of the fire bases were remote and wildlife was abundant. No response from her.
Your orb thing is not an illusion the color reveals intent. We saw orbs there too “Migs”. Very fast moving. I can suggest some reading if you like.
I did not believe in bigfoot being in MI or even Dog men until a few years ago. I think now why not? So your coming from another angle that’s all and your going to have to resolve this orb thing for what it is another fact.
These phenomena show up often in the same geographical areas.
If your in the field I suggest you be prepared to hide yourself or have plans in advance for escape from any unusual lights, especially in the early morning hours before sunrise. Glasses with UV and laser protection would be a good plan to carry.”
