Going back several years ago a low budget horror movie was released. The movie was called the blair witch project and was based around the legend of a woman who many people believe was real. The origins of this famous legend seem to begin in Maryland, in the forests of the Black Hills. According to local traditions, it’s believed to be a place that not even Native American tribes dared to enter. Local folklore speaks of the year 1630, this was when Colonel Nathaniel Blair who led an expedition to cross the forest.”
