A listener writes “I’m a truck driver in Pennsylvania. I don’t know if this is even worth your time but I saw a Sasquatch (possibly) around November/December 2017.
I don’t recall exactly where I was but I believe it was somewhere between Mifflinburg and Middleburg PA. I’ve driven through there once since then but couldn’t pinpoint where the sighting took place.
Anyway, I was on my way through the area on my way back to Scranton. I was driving up a slight incline when I noticed a 6 1/2-7 foot Sasquatch on the right hand side of the road. It was standing on top of the bank that went up about 10 from the road level about 3 feet from the wood line. My heart punched the inside of my rib cage so freakin hard and my adrenaline shot through the roof! I knew exactly what it was instantly! This took place between 11am-1pm and it was a clear sunny day. I could see it very clearly. But when my gaze moved to its face, I immediately focused on its eyes. They were red! That’s when I started to calm down a little. This took place before I started listening to your show, so I had never heard about some of them having red eyes. So I’ve been wondering since then if what I saw was real. Or a very elaborate and expensive “dummy”. This thing didn’t move at all. It was 3D not a well made cutout.
The body was built kinda like Chewbacca but it’s hair wasn’t as long as his. It was 3-4 inches maybe. It’s color was a tan-ish. You had a guest on episode 353, I thing it was, who also was from PA and he said it was kinda like a Carhart color. That’s the color what I saw was.
It may sound like bs but for some reason, even though I had a very good look at it from only maybe 70 feet away, I can’t really remember the details of its face. The only thing I can think of is maybe how much I focused on its red eyes.
Anyway, this isn’t anything show worthy. Just thought I would run it past you and maybe see what your thoughts were.
