A listener writes “I live in Connecticut I lived here all my life and never believed in big foot (Sasquatch) while growing up here. I had my first sighting shortly after moving in to the area where I now live.

It was March of 2008 on Sunday morning 10:00am I was sitting in my living room relaxing. When I looked out my front window I thought I saw something in the field behind the neighbors house. The weather that day wasn’t the best it somewhat foggy out that day but what I saw that day was something that looked to me like a large ape like animal.

Why I say that is because of fog I was only Abel to see the upper portion of the creature. The most distinctive part was the cone or crown on top of the head and that the head was shaped like a gorilla. This was not a bear. The animal had white hair. We don’t have polar bear in Ct. You can see that what ever it was walking upright because the upper portion of the body protruding through the mist where I was able to see this creature.

At first I thought it was someone playing a joke. I stood an watch this animal walking away from me. As the creature moved further away from me it became more difficult to see because of the fog it began to blende into the mist . It wasn’t till later on that I realized that the Sasquatch was using the fog as cover so that it wouldn’t have been see by the other neighbors.

Across the way from me is a large farm who’s property is adjacent to state forest. Though I saw this I still had some doubt about what had happen to me I was still a none believer in big foot that what I had seen couldn’t have been real. If that makes any sense at all. I didn’t become a real believer in Sasquatch until my second sighting.

This took place on November 15, 2009 around 3:00pm. Twenty month after my first sighting. I was in my back yard splitting fire wood ( I don’t have log splitter) so split fire wood by hand and I was making a lot banging noise while cutting firewood. I did this all day right up to the point where I saw some of my neighbors leave to go out. It was at this time I went into my house. Clean up & relax.

As I sat again in my living room it was only for few seconds that I noticed something moving behind some trees in the yard across the street from my house. At first I thought it was only a deer or something and didn’t pay much attention to it. As I was sitting down I can still see movement from behind the trees, I was like what ever it was wasn’t sure what direction it was going to take.

It was at this time I though I saw this thing rolling around on grass behind the trees. It wasn’t until it stopped rolling around that I turn to look at the trees to see what it was doing what I saw.

It looked like it pushed itself off of the ground like a person would do when trying to stand up. I watch through the tree still in my house as it stood up it was very tall. Almost as tall as the trees that it was behind.

This thing began to move around again. A few second later out from behind the trees walks out a large ape like creature walking bipedally, this was very clear day sun shining nothing blocking my view. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing very very large, long legs, arms down to knees same shaped head I saw when I saw white one.

Very long stride, the creature walk across my neighbor yard I yelled out load holy sh—! The creature must have herd me when I yelled because it turned its head and upper body to look an see where the noise came from. I look right into to eyes of this creature.

What I saw this second time was a large adult male Sasquatch, brown in color, black leathery skin like gorilla and that only were the hair didn’t cover the face, nose very human looking and human looking lips. Forehead Neanderthal looking. Basically what I saw was the same thing that is shown in the Patterson- gimlin film from 1967 if you saw the way this thing look at me standing in living room window it wasn’t to happy that I had seen it I’ll never will forget that look.”
