SC EP:302 I’ve never seen anything so powerful and agile

 

I will be welcoming several guests to the show tonight who have encountered Sasquatch, including Shawn who writes “Hello Wes, I’ve been very reluctant to share my encounter with people due to the fact that people may think I am lying to them, or looking for attention.

After listening to your show every single night for the past year, I still have not heard any encounters quite like mine. I’d rather tell you this over the phone, but I’ll give you a brief summary via email.

A few years back, I was living in a rural area called Burnt Ranch, about 22 miles east of Willow Creek CA off of highway 299. The time was about 830 pm give or take a little, the sun was starting to set behind the ridge line. I was driving behind another truck about 6 or 7 miles past Salyer CA headed home on 299 when all of a sudden a huge creature literally jumped from a hillside and landed on the road, the truck in front of me literally slammed on his breaks in attempt to avoid a collision with what I thought was a bear at first glimpse. I also had to slam on my breaks to avoid rear ending the truck in front of me. I had a perfect view of the whole encounter. As the creature landed on the road, I saw it turn its head and looked right at us.

This thing reacted so fast, it was so fast….I’ve never seen anything so powerful and agile…anyways, it looked right at us as it landed on the road and at that moment this thing stood up on 2 feet, bent down like a human would who is just about to perform a backflip, and made the most incredible jump into the air, it jumped backwards and stretched its body out in full extension, as it stretched its arms above its head, I could see its whole body in full detail, at this moment I knew I was not looking at a bear. This thing easily jumped 15-20 ft into the air to clear the truck front of me.

As this thing was in mid flight, it somehow did a twist in the air and now was face down so it could see the hillside it jumped backwards towards. With its arms still fully extended out, it grabbed the hillside with its hands, and just after its hands touched the hillside came its feet, as soon as its feet touched the hill it made another incredible jump further up the hill and into the thick brush and disappeared.

I can tell you right now, there is not a bear on the planet that can move like that. I saw its face, the skin color looked like a charcoal color. Kind of a narrow head, and had reddish hair all over its body. I’d say the hair was anywhere from 4-6 inches long. I could actually see the hair blowing through the wind as it made that jump. I was only about 20 ft from it so like I said, I had a clear look at it.

I was born and raised in Humboldt County CA, My father is a Native American who took me hunting and fishing year round. I know what bear look like, I also know how they move. I am 110 % sure that what I saw was not even close to a bear. Growing up in these parts of the pacific north west you always hear stories and myth about the elusive Bigfoot. I am one of the few people who can say without a doubt in my mind, say that I saw Bigfoot.

There has been a few other experiences I have witnessed such as tree knocks, distant blood curling screams in the middle of the night, and healthy trees snapping and falling near my areas I have been hunting in.

One more thing I just recently encountered was the strangest noises I have ever heard, I was hunting for Chanterelle mushrooms with a friend of mine up in Del Norte County, shortly after experiencing a loud snap of a huge tree falling right in the general direction I was headed towards, I listened to 2 different creatures communicate with each other, one was up above me in the thick brush maybe 50-80 yards up the hill, the other was approximately 60-80 yards below me. I can’t explain the noises they was making via email, but given the opportunity, I can mimick the sounds. It was a different kind of language for sure.

I felt like I was being hunted, something was communicating with another creature no doubt. I had to work my way back to my truck feeling like I was being followed. I actually got scared, so scared I have never gone back to my favorite mushroom picking spot.”

      It’s been an issue for sometime, multiple members politely requesting to please stop. As it distracts a member who has just listened to an emotionally charged report of a guest’s life changing encounter. By doing this it changes the members mindset, taking them out of the moment and potentially loosing ideas responses or questions they would have for the guest. There the same persons with multiple accounts, that support competing entities

    Thanks Shawn.
    I think your idea, about an advance race splicing a human and a primate together, is probably right on.
    It seems like the Sasquatch all look a little different from one another. A human trait.
    Any way thanks for sharing your experience.

      Sigh …. yeah …. sorry, but I was out when he said it did a twisting backflip …. if you listen to him with a skeptical ear, the BS is dripping from every part of him.

      The other witnesses were great, though.

        I wish to reject(respectfully) the notion that a sasquatch could not manuver as described by the witness, due to the fact that a human take a gymnast can preform sure feats, it could be possible. Ps. yours respectfully 9eace

    What did my brother Coonbo say they called them where he grew up?? Catamount.

    Definition of a catamount?? A wild animal OF the cat fanily. Then it lists cougar and lynx but it says especially those. You see catamount is a word describing what?? Nothing but yet a group of aninals in the cat family.
    Hmmm.

    The guest talked about the twisting motion , what animal always falla on its feet because it can twist at the waist lije no other animal?? A cat

      Like ONE picture? “Finding Bigfoot” releases their evidence.

        I agree ? totally but in the end you can’t get blood out of stone, it’s their’s to do what they want with, on another note my old boy was a sound technician really appreciated the infra sound show my dad’s been craming that stuff in my ears since I can remember, never cared much for it till I got older now I find my self forcing it on friends guess it’s true you really do wind up like your old boy

      A catamount is just a colloquial name for a cougar. That’s all. Some areas use it to refer to other wild cats. But … there’s nothing Bigfoot-related about it. At all.

      As for the rest of the gobbldigook, ick…

    It’s pretty funny when you think about it. Most of us who haven’t seen a Bigfoot, could only imagine the terror of being out in the woods and running into a creature like Patti. Then you hear Shawn describe the creature he saw, as making Patti look like a bent over, washed up, decrepit old woman!! Wow, one can only imagine!

    I appreciate you giving people the opp to speak up. Yes: twisting, leaping, climbing, yacking, clicking, whistling, hopping bigfoot, monster… why not? I cringe when I hear the perspectives from East Texas and Louisiana. Growing up we’d literally run around like a pack of wild children playing, and sometimes I’d go alone. I love the quiet peace and solitude of the woods, but not anymore! My grandmother had property in the bayou area, outside Opelousas, and we’d just play into the night. Sometimes I wonder, what were the adults thinking? Why didn’t our parents say more about stuff? Why not now? Why not educate people? The government should warn people. Thanks Wes.

    It’s guys like Alexander, and F.S. that make it so guys like me are reluctant to share our encounters.
    I clearly wrote and stated that what I saw bent down like a human would who is about to perform a backflip, I never once said that this thing actually did a backflip.
    I think it’s funny that guys like Alexander think I’m lying because their brain is to shallow to comprehend what I saw. I have no reason to lie about my encounter. I think Wes should eliminate skeptics that want to call witnesses like myself liers. This is supposed to be a safe place to talk about our encounters. Not be criticized and judged by skeptics.
    I think it’s sad, and unfortunate that you think that my experience is anything less than 100% authentic.
    I saw what I saw, and it was truly mind blowing. I wanted to share my encounter with all of you so you can be educated of what these things are capable of.
    As for everyone else, thank you for listening and I am glad you enjoyed my encounter. It took a lot for me to finally come forward with what I witnessed.

      I’m so sorry people feel the need to judge another as harsh as he did. Why would anyone believe they have the right to do so is beyond me. If you don’t like a particular witness, shut up! Obviously Wes by now is the best judge insofar as who is credible and who is not! He’s the guy running the show so don’t show such disrespect to his guests or Wes. Sorry mister about the rude things people feel they have the right to be so harsh in their judgment of another. Thank you for sharing, expressing and putting up with some people. I wish you well.

      Good for you Shawn. Don’t let others change your truth. My experiences are so wild that I’m not ready to share. I know people are going to think I’m just checking off boxes of every type of experience. I’m working on getting it all paper. You standing tall lends me courage for a future coming out. Thanks.

    HI Shawn B, Please don’t be too sensitive about what people say here re: encounters. Wes has paid a high cost to continue hosting and producing this show. Keep on trucking, and don’t worry about nay sayers. For the most part, you are among friends & admirers. You really did good. T/Y!

      Thank you, I will definitely ease up. It’s hard to not take it personal. I just want guys like them to know it’s not easy to come forward with things that I have doubted myself at one point. Thanks again M99.

    Wonder where at in southeast Texas this happened at. Sounds like the sabine river bottoms where I’m located. Theres definitely plenty of activity here. U don’t have to find them. They will find u. Just go down river few miles and set up camp for weekend alone. I have yet to find anyone who will come with me every time i do this. So many nonbelievers til u ask them to come along for a weekend, if theres nothing in the woods then why do so many fear to go? Ive had them stand just outa the firelight and breathe heavy or whistle back to me every time i whistle to them. On two occasions one gave a single clap n response to my clap no more than 40 feet away. And those claps came from a massive set of hands.

    Wes you can publish a true encounter book that could be a treasure for proof of many unexplained creatures or sightings.
    When things/sightings/lights happened in the past most were never documented
    Ask your members and the ones that have shared their encounters with you what they think.🤷‍♀️
