Strange News: Billionaire Wants To Block The Sun

Microsoft’s billionaire founder Bill Gates is financially backing the development of sun-dimming technology that would potentially reflect sunlight out of Earth’s atmosphere, triggering a global cooling effect. The Stratospheric Controlled Perturbation Experiment (SCoPEx), launched by Harvard University scientists, aims to examine this solution by spraying non-toxic calcium carbonate (CaCO3) dust into the atmosphere — a sun-reflecting aerosol that may offset the effects of global warming.

Widespread research into the efficacy of solar geoengineering has been stalled for years due to controversy. Opponents believe such science comes with unpredictable risks, including extreme shifts in weather patterns not dissimilar to warming trends we are already witnessing. Environmentalists similarly fear that a dramatic shift in mitigation strategy will be treated as a green light to continue emitting greenhouse gases with little to no changes in current consumption and production patterns.

SCoPEx will take a small step in its early research this June near the town of Kiruna, Sweden, where the Swedish Space Corporation has agreed to help launch a balloon carrying scientific equipment 12 miles (20 km) high. The launch will not release any stratospheric aerosols. Rather, it will serve as a test to maneuver the balloon and examine communications and operational systems. If successful, this could be a step towards a second experimental stage that would release a small amount of CaCO3 dust into the atmosphere.

David Keith, a professor of applied physics and public policy at Harvard University, recognizes the “very many real concerns” of geoengineering. It is true that no one knows what will happen until the CaCO3 is released and then studied afterward. Keith and fellow SCoPEx scientists published a paper in 2017 suggesting that the dust may actually replenish the ozone layer by reacting with ozone-destroying molecules. “Further research on this and similar methods could lead to reductions in risks and improved efficacy of solar geoengineering methods,” write the authors of the paper.

    WTF! The only way out of this is the way we came in. We need to slow down population of humans (good luck with that). We need to stop burning fossil fuels and put out money into finding safer ways to get around (Tesla had that nailed down and when he died, all of his documentation was stolen so we couldn’t go that route). We need to conserve our resources and work together (hate to sound like a pessimist but that isn’t looking too good right now). Heck, maybe Bill Gates has the right idea.

    (New Jersey) Oh Please! Bill Gates is a Genius when it comes to technology, but this is ridiculous . I guess if you throw money around, even a renowned institution like Harvard will have their hands out. What’s next? Bigfoot learning how to use a computer?

    The man that made the trackers or whatever they are called was at a news briefing saying to the world if he knew what Bill Gates was using it for he would of never made it . He also mentioned the Bible 666 crap attached to this !
    Hence I will never get a covid shot or take the friggen test ! F them . It’s going to get much worse before it appears to be better!
    Hospitals are saying People are dying of covid instead of anything else because they get more money, yup all about the mighty dollar isn’t it …… So how many people losing their jobs on the pipeline, I heard over 500,000 and that’s not all because of the trickledown effect. Now the pres. has made orders to wipe out everything that was making our drug prices go up including insulin.
    WHAT AN ASS …….SORRY EVERY ONE GLAD TO GET THAT OFF MY MIND AT THE MOMENT..

    I watch them chemtrail the shit out of our skies. Approximately a year ago I was a garbage man 3 days of the week we went to a different area a city and we would start at like 4:30 a.m
    and as soon as the sun would start peaking out 2 jets would put a big ol X over us and the whole time we were there, we usually left by 1p.m the skies would be clear as they once were years ago by noon it was full of FAKE CLOUDS MADE OF aerosol aluminum barium dead blood cells and a few other nasty chemicals I can’t recall. And what really upset me we’re the idiots I worked with you could point it out to him first thing in the morning we can plan out them putting an X over top of Sioux City yep Sioux City Iowa and all day long you can watch him going back and forth back and forth east to west east to west and there little lines would turn into aerosol clouds. There for blocking the sun just like Bill Gates wants to do which they are already doing man I can’t believe people just do not believe that those are chemtrails full of chemicals so we will sit there and argue with you that they are condensation trails at I’ve been sitting up there for 5 hours I have never seen a condensation Trail sit in the sky that long Chemtrails yes all day long they will set up there and just keep spreading out and spread and out and spread and out and you can tell they’re fake as hell you cannot sit in the garage on your back anymore and make little bunny rabbits out of the clouds I dare you to try it. But now that we’re going back into the Paris climate agreement it’ll get even worse just like when Obama was President that’s what I noticed it.

      Indeed Tommie K this chemtrail program, although maybe different from what Gates wants to do, has been going on since at least the late 1990s when I first started observing it and when Art Bell first started running programs on it. I live NW of Wright Patterson AFB about 30 miles and they started painting the sky with this mixture which includes aluminum, barium, and maybe lithium and others back then. I drove across the country on the I-70, 80, and 90 in Nov. of 2000 on business and watched the sky being painted the whole trip and then knew for sure there was some major unknown black op program going on. I would point it out to people and they would not be concerned of just say those are contrails. I have watched the sky since my youth in the 1960s and know that a contrail dissipates within 30 seconds. Chemtrails expand for hours until finally hitting the ground. We do not get an abundance of sun in Ohio and I would curse these bastards when a day would be sunny, and by the late afternoon the sun was 80 percent or more blocked by the chemtrails. It amazed me that the local weather folks would never mention this effect. I thought over the years surely this would come out, but here we are over 20 years later and no one in authority or science mentions them. You are still some kind of nut or conspiracy kook. I will say that I have noticed a significant drop in chemtrails over the past couple of years or more. So maybe they are already planning the next episode of Bill Gates and other technocrats plan for us.

      I shudder in fear of what these Techno Statist Oligarchs and Corporations and bought in politicians have in store for us and right now they are abundantly clear that the Brave New World they expose is going to be implemented and right soon All those against will be silenced and maybe eliminated. All those people I use to listen to in the 90s on Chuck Harders nationally syndicated radio program called ” For the People, and Art Bell’s Coast to Coast AM that I hoped were wrong or exaggerating seem now to be prophets.

    Hello Folks , you believe in Sasquatch, but not GEO-ENGINEERING (btw i had a sighting when i was 11). a.k.a. SOLAR DIMMING.
    This has been going on for 50+ yrs. Bill Gates involvement is old news, recycled i should say, but thanks for posting this Wes.
    Its a UN program, global……look up sometimes. CONTRAILS DISSIPATE, aerosol spraying does not .

    One of the many topics that you need to research for yourself, time to wake up peeps????

    Since i’m on such a tear, here’s something to ponder………are the forests being weaponized ? We have the folks who have met benevolent squatches who have helped them out of perilous situations, or families who have peacefully co existed with clans for generations…..and then we have listened to others recount terrifying happenings. Not to mention all the missing 411 high strangeness
    ( not to diminish the absolute tragedy of loosing a loved one this way)
    Yikes and then there’s the OTHERS ?
    So, the point here is as the global powers that shouldn’t be kick their agenda into high gear here these days, and ppl. flee to rural redoubts, will they be met by gentle forest giants who dwell in the spirit of light and love…….or, the weaponized chimeras who will drive them out or possibly kill them?
    What say you?
    Ponder such things cause the doodoo is going down, in the fleshly and spiritual realms ????

    Research Mrs. Rosiland Peterson , she spoke before the UN in the 80’s about the aerosol spraying over Mendicino Co. California, causing the soil ph to become acidic and kill trees, pollute aquifers
    Barium, Stontium, Aluminum ( btw Bill Gates has 2 decades old patents on gmo crops that can live in heavily aluminized soils.
    Which is a neuro toxin.
    Also patents on numerous coronaviruses……

    No, a crazy can of worms comment is not ironic on a Sasquatch website at all. Lots of people have open minds on this subject. But you simply cannot believe everything you read on the internet. If a person is willing to go down all of these rabbit holes, just because they are posted online, then they are venturing into some very dangerous territory. Doing real research is not following threads on the internet. Anyone can write anything, anytime, on the internet. Sort of like QAnon. And look what that has done to this country.
    To each his own, I guess. I won’t be responding on this thread anymore. I had my say, you have had yours.
