    Really interesting. One of the differences between humans and other primates is the distance between the bottom of the nose and the upper lip. About two fingers on all humans, longer on apes. I wonder if the reason why people think it looks human is this ratio + hooded nose.

    This seems to be a major difference between some of these wild illustrations. It would be great if someone who recalls the length of this distance between nose and upper lip could give some feedback.
