									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi I had a sighting near the San Saba River April 13th 1996, this is considered western central TX. It was at 2:00 Am while driving westward from the town of San Saba. The last sighting (reported) was in 1974 by a fisherman.  It was fast just a quick view as I passed it, but I have learned NOT to dismiss things like this.
