I have a camera pointing over there now but nothing else so far.
Obviously one part of the tree is from the stump I showed but I am pretty sure the other chunk came from one behind the fence nearby.

Yes, there are bears and I been around bears plenty of times. Bears don’t neatly drag a bag of garbage 50 yards into bushes over another fence and then raid the bag. ,😁
Nor do they bust up logs and place them in a formation…so that’s my response to bears. 😎😊
