On a computer, a Windows 10 machine. It also occurs on an iphone and ipad. I’ve not previously had trouble doing this, but I don’t remember accessing billing info through the Subscription box, either.
I’m seeing exactly the same problem: under “Actions,” all that appears is “Cancel.” There is literally no place to update payment information. Even a search on the page reveals nothing. That function/link is gone from the Account page. If it were a matter of browsers or platforms, why would the “Cancel” show up? Same coding. I’d say the code leading to that pop-up is gone.
