I&#8217;m looking for ways to watch the carb/protein ratio but at the same time protect my scent so to speak.<br />
I know if I eat heavy on the beef. I can smell a difference in my workout clothes. <p>I&#8217;m looking at what is considered a hot spot and how it correlates with upticks in property sales. Are people jetting out of fear or other issues?</p>
